Desired Candidate Profile

  • The candidate would be the part of business development team at 72interactive, he/she would be required to generate new business, client management and account planning.
  • The candidate should have min 1+ years experience in Business Development of Web Development & Internet Marketing, should understand the industry very well at a global scale.
  • He should have a very clear understanding and knowledge of the digital space and the potential of world wide web with respect to brand marketing, sales, consumer interaction and clear understanding of the nature of services and solutions that can be offered on this medium.
  • Clear understanding of the capabilities of web technologies and how they can be utilized to develop custom solutions for clients. E.g. Dynamic/functionality right websites, online applications, intranet and extranet solutions, custom application development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for interaction with international/domestic clients and understanding of regional sensibilities.
  • A street smart attitude, with the ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting sales pitches into business.
  • Consultative approached to selling. 72interactive is positioned as a company that consults (more than sells) its customers with new solutions and ideas that can be executed for various needs of the client/corporate/agencies.
  • Target oriented & Aggressive as there will be value (business generated) based monthly/quarterly benchmarks that will have to be meet.


Job Description

  • To look at business opportunities in the domestic & international market for offshore development and outsourcing.
  • Independent charge of the complete sales cycle.
  • Independent meetings which will involve putting together intuitive presentations, project pitches for solutions being pitched.
  • Ability to think about possibilities that can be proposed for an effective digital marketing solution.
  • Basic technical level understanding of web solutions, search, digital media and online brand marketing.
  • Develops and Execute plans to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing, client visits and presentations.
  • To be able to present, prepare detailed proposal documents, commercial presentations.
  • Understand the new trends with the aim to deploy those for promoting 72interactive and its services and to also propose new ideas to existing/new customers based on them.
  • A thorough understanding of the outsourcing business model and offshore services.
  • Strong teamwork skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Marketing & Networking

  • Identify and explore new markets and tap business opportunities.
  • Developing relationships with Agencies to ensure market penetration.
  • Marketing collateral content writing, working with design and tech teams to execute. E.g. writing marketing content for a mailer/flier/brochure/website.
  • Networking - Maintain efficient network to ensure higher sales.
  • A good understanding of the global market or specific regional markets like USA, Canada, Europe specifically for web solutions/Search and in tune with the needs and aspirations of international consumers.

Online Biding

  • Experience in biding online on website likes elance, guru etc.
  • Identifying potential bids & negotiating them till closure.
  • Preparing bids and client management.
  • Manage Portfolio and Marketing collateral on these online platforms.
